Our Roman alphabetic coding scheme for the Indian alphabet is
given below. The characters are given in order of their appearance
in the alphabet, so they can be understood easily. Some comments are
given below the characters in brackets.
eV, oV refer to Telugu characters, and lY refer to a Marathi character
and can be ignored normally while working with Hindi data.
