Instructions to the Candidate


  1. A printed copy of Admit Card must be presented for verification along with the original (not photocopy or scanned copy) valid photo identification proof (School ID, Aadhaar Card).
  2. To facilitate the verification of their identity by the centre officials, candidates must report to the examination venue at least 90 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the examination.
  3. Candidates will NOT be permitted to leave the examination hall before 1:00PM.
  4. Candidates should NOT bring any papers/books/sheets into the examination hall. Sheets will be provided for the rough work. Before using it, candidates must write their individual name and roll number. At the end of the examination, the rough sheet must be returned to the invigilator.
  5. Any kind of digital watches, wallets, mobile phones or any other electronic/communication devices are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the examination hall. Only simple analog watches (no digital display, no memory, no connectivity) allowed. Digital watches and smartwatches strictly banned.
  6. Authorities are not responsible for the safekeeping of candidate’s personal belongings. During the examination, candidates may be checked for possession of any of the prohibited items. If the candidate is found to possess any of the prohibited items, candidate will be debarred from the examination and/or subjected to disciplinary action, which may include ban from appearing in future examinations.
  7. Candidates must bring their own pen, pencil, transparent water bottle, small snacks, and pocket-sized hand sanitizer. Carrying water and dry food is strongly advised to help stay hydrated and energized throughout the exam.
