How to reach Patiala-
If you are coming by Bus-

• Patiala has good road connectivity to cities of Punjab and nearby states.
• Cities like Amritsar, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Ambala and Delhi have frequent buses plying to and from Patiala.
• The PEPSU (Patiala and East Punjab States Union) now PRTC (Punjab Road Transport Corporation) operates maximum buses in Punjab state and most of North India.
• The city of Patiala is the headquarters of PEPSU.
• There are AC Volvo, deluxe and ordinary buses available of PEPSU for all cities of Punjab and other state cities.
• Journey Suggestion: The roads leading to Patiala are well maintained, so one need not worry about it when driving in this part of the country. The city experiences dense fog in winters with dismal visibility, needs utmost care while driving.

If you are coming by Train-

• The Patiala Railway Station is under the Ambala Railway division and in the Northern Railway Zone.
• The railway station doesn’t have a large number of trains as Ambala Railway Station nearby is a major railway junction with trains from many parts of the country halting here.
• Some of the trains here are Jammu Tawi -Bhatinda Express, Mumbai CST- Bhatinda Express, Varanasi- Bhatinda Express, Delhi- Fazilka Intercity Express and Shri Ganga Nagar- Haridwar Intercity Express.
